A new high-voltage mainframe monitoring web page is now available
at http://pii3.brahms.bnl.gov -> DAQ home page -> System status -> High
    Voltage status.

This web page is generated by the monitoring program that periodically
(about every 30-40 seconds) reads and saves into a database
the demand and actual voltages for most mainframes. Currently
all 3 L1440 mainframes and all 5 L4032 mainframes are monitored.
The L1458A mainframe (SI and TPCs) and L1458B (RICH and T3-T5)
mainframes are partially monitored, and their status is not
shown on the web page just yet.

The web page presents the high-voltage state of each mainframe (ON/OFF
or unknown/readout error), the number of channels that are turned on,
and the number of bad channels, where actual voltage widely
disagrees with the demand voltage (15V for L1440 and 100V for L4032).

In addition, it shows the log of past mainframe status changes.
