An explanation for unusual BRAHVO behaviour:

When channels trip on a L4032 high voltage mainframe, instead of showing
them as "red", BRAHVO reports the mainframe status "error" or "unknown"
and show all channels of that mainframe in gray colour, whether they
    are good or bad.

When this happens, look at all channels for a detector, find those that
tripped (the actual voltages will be zero) and reset them.

To reset the tripped voltages, manually set the demand voltage to zero,
(both demand and actual voltages should become zero), then set
it back to the "desired" voltage (both demand and actual voltages should
become same as the desired voltage).

After the last tripped channel is reset, the mainframe status should
change to "on" and all channels should become "green".
