Pedestal run procedure update!

Persons responsible for maintaining the shift procedures please update
the following:

1) effective immediately, all runs should be taken with following
   partitions: camac, fb1, fb3, fb4, mtpc1, mtpc2, tpc1, tpc2.

2) the same goes for pedestal runs: do not take fb1 and fbn3 out.

3) the same goes for TPC pedestal runs: keep all partitions in.

4) after a TPC pedestal run, please run the TPC pedestals program
   by activating the "TPC Ped" icon on the operator desktop.
