 Dear Collaborators,
 
 Because of the power (13.8kV) feed to AGS RF 
 system failed, and repairs cannot begin until rain
 subsides, "NO BEAM IS EXPECTED UNTIL MONDAY".
 Now the area is on "restricted access", probably
 until Monday.
