[Brahms-dev-l] BasePlot package

I have updated the BasePlot package following up on a suggestion from  
Ramiro to have un-even size
This can e.g. allow for a two frame picture with a common x-axis with  
a large frame with a spectra+fit and a smaller
with a ratio.

The banapp/grutils has been updated. Below is an example (Example6.C  
from test directory).
The CVS log is included here.

I have still to create a new stand-alone package.
