[Brahms-dev-l] OS upgrade

I have checked further by having all of my own stuff setup and  
compiled on rplay45 consequences of the upgrades.

- A further number of changes was made to brat.

o Make sure after the upgrade on Wednesday that you
a) clean all the directories for brat, bdst, banapp
b) make the cvs update
c) recompile everything, reinstall.

- There was a few problems with the mrsSelector.C (etc) that some of  
you uses.
   the .h file had a mrsSelector:: definitin - remove the heading.

o It seems ok. I was able to read and analyze dst files.
o proof still has to be checked out, hopefully monday
