[Brahms-dev-l] BasePlot - banapp

Hi
I have updated the BasePlot with a new feature such Ione can place a  
ttext or other graphics primitive anywhere on the canvas.
After pads are draw a 'fGlobalPad that is full transparent is created.  
One cn the e.g. add a label that spans several sub pads.
e.g.

drawPads();
..
TLatex* t = PlotText(fGlobalPad, 0.4, 3.5,"my global title", 0.35);
t->SetTextAngle(90);
.
