Agenda and slides at http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=57201 Update on p/pi paper Pawel ========================== Pawel went through the paper, concentrating mainly on the figures. Pawel has to redo his vertex cut since he used the same vertex resolution in X and Z. He can remake spectra over the weekend. At mid-rapidity 200GeV coalescence and freeze-out, forward 200GeV some freeze-out and forward 62GeV where medium effects are not important. For Fig 7 which shows p/pi+ at eta=3.2 and sqrt(s)=62GeV we should have one curve to describe the data. He will work a little more on discussion and summary and send it out next week. AOB: ==== Steve says Victoria has some problem getting JAM working as an afterburner for Hydro. Selemon says that it is important to split up Hydro from JAM. He finds that JAM can do 1000 events in 6 hours for Glauber initial conditions (note 20 hours for CGC initial conditions). It is important to control the freeze-out temperature.
