Hi

i) By moving all of the ruby utility modules to /opt/brahms/util from the prev arch, the condor_wrapper.rb scripts
seem to work properly.
The DB access scripts that are used for reconstruction, do though not work yet. This is unfortunately a bit of
a headache we will have to solve.

ii) By chance I ran for testing some efficiency jobs using condor and realized that the bratmain jobs produced lots of debug output from
BrMagnetVolume. This was traced to an ugly bufferoverflow when reading the geometry from a .mag file.
Too a seg violation error was found when runnning BrDcEnhancement module with Debug level turned on for some events.
Brat is updated to version 2.41.2 and tagged.

It still needs to be recompiled for the public area.
