[Brahms-dev-l] bad tof calibration removed

As you probably know Truls have have problems with tof calibrations
He traced it to some apparent wrongly picked up timeoffsets. 

I chekced the Calibration Database and  found two very long validity period calibrations for timeOffsets both tofw and tfw2.
They were checked in as range -> 13096 to 13906  (which makes me wonder if it was a typo in the script given both
initial and final run !!)
I deleted both entries. It may mean that there is no valid entry for 13096.

This spans both 200 and 62 gev running. Please beware this -particular for tfw2 did it look bad according to truls
