[Brahms-dev-l] Update to BRAT (no revision increment)

Hi All, 

I made some changes to BRAT: 

Allow building against ROOT CVS HEAD (5.15/07)
                TBuffer is now purely virtual.  Used TFileBuffer
                instead. 
                Must explicitly include most headers, especially TMath.h
Added support of making Debian GNU/Linux packages directly from the
source: 
                
                cvs co -d brat
                cd brat
                autoreconf -i -f
                ./configure 
                make deb 
                sudo debi
                
        Truls, if you want to put yourself as the maintainer, please do
        so.  One should also add support for building RPMs directly from
        the source.  All it needs is a proper SPEC file skeleton.
Make sure that `Brat<...>.la' isn't build unless the target is Darwin
(MacOSX). 
Added missing files to the distribution.  If these files should not be
used anymore, or are obsolete for some reason, they should be removed
from the CVS repository
