Hi Flemming, Steve

    you are right, the problem was the bad drift velocity picked up
from the database. Your suggestion solved the problem, I managed to
calibrate all the runs. I need to have the following files to be
removed and brat rebuilt again so that I can finish with the
calibrations and go on to make the ltr files:

/opt/brahms/new/share/brat/params/mult/BrCalibrMult_12682.dat
/opt/brahms/new/share/brat/params/mult/BrCalibrMult_13414.dat

These files seem to be corrupted.

Selemon,

Hi Selemon,

The problem is the Vdrift is still read from the Database so it has a bad values.
The way to fix this, and in fact the calibrateFibDrift.C script should have this set-
but in former times we never tried to calibrate runs with BAD entries in the DB
(again the quality issue that someone commited BAD calibration, rather than just leaving them alone !)
In the script should should add
tpcCalModule->SetUseDriftVelocity(kFALSE) ;
then the module read the default parameter valut of 0.016 for vdrift from the acsii file, and I strongly suspect this will
work
