[Brahms-dev-l] systematic errors

I mentioned in today phone meeting an article I have know about for a long time about interpreting
and evaluating systematic errors(uncertainties). This has lots of good advice how to do this  adn what not to do.
One message is actually if you know how to estimate a problem, you should correct for it rtaher than estimating how you did not do it!
