Ramiro and I are looking into re-processing the dAu data one more time, in particular to include the early runs in the FS analysis in order to increase statistics. For this effort I looked into the current scripts, and status of calibrations. It seems overall ok, BUT the TOF calibrations seems off for early runs (7634 , 7643) is where I looked. The calibrations Were done in early 05.I like to get in contact with the person who did this but the 'calibration' browser does not provide information who did this. The interest is to get access to the scripts that were used in order to see why running 'default' code that includes TD1 as start seem to give H1,H2 beta value that do not match up to 1.0 but rather ~0.97-0.98 for H1 and H2. It may be necessary to redo the calirations, but it would be nive to understand why regards Flemming (and Ramiro) -------------------------------------------- Flemming Videbaek Physics Department Bldg 510-D Brookhaven National Laboratory Upton, NY11973 phone: 631-344-4106 cell: 631-681-1596 fax: 631-344-1334 e-mail: videbaek @ bnl gov _______________________________________________ Brahms-dev-l mailing list Brahms-dev-l_at_lists.bnl.gov http://lists.bnl.gov/mailman/listinfo/brahms-dev-lReceived on Wed Dec 20 2006 - 18:22:20 EST
