Hi Flemming,

I have been making acceptance maps for both AuAu and CuCu,
I am not sure if anyone is using the files in the official places. But, I
always assumed the dead slats in the tof walls are read from a database.
Are the dead slats to be put in manually?

Selemon,

Subject: [Brahms-dev-l] mistake in MRS acceptance Maps (BANAPP)

I was dismayed and unplesantly surprised to learn today while trying to understand the 62 GeV identified pi,k and p spectra, that there
is a serious flaw in the banapp acceptance map program for MRS/MRS2. Apperently no-one using these maps have cared to check
that deadslats are actually dealt with properly . This is of course crucial for identified particle analysis, and the number of bad slats
are not that small in MRS for either tofw nor tfw2
I corrected the code so I believe it works now; it will be good for someone else to check it too.
The charged hadron analysis of course is not affected by this.

banapp is updated and version i 1.1.23
