[Brahms-dev-l] tracking eff for 62 gev at y~0

As a follow up to the discussion on possible pt dependent effect I send a
pointer to the same kind of analysis showed Thursday for MRS at 90 deg. To
first approximation there is no pt-dependence in contrast to high rapidity.
It is not easy to check out any particle ID (pion proton) dependecen since
PID requires A start time from CC and thus a CC vertex.
