[Brahms-dev-l] RCF/ACF network, and condor upgrade- Feedback requested

Two questions has been raised by RCF/ACF which involes 1) 1-2 hour downtime
some time
in the next two weeks and 2) an upgrade to condor. If there are specific
time when this should not be done
please let me know. Otherwise I will suggest they do the change of 1) some
morning early in week
so problems can be identified. On 2) we should probably just go along with
what the other exp wants.
