[Brahms-dev-l] Fw: bratcompilation

The Brat (official) was upgraded due to to a mistake in the mrs fitting code, that did not calculate theta correctly,
(both the error and fix thanks to kris).
The implications are that recent gtr generations may not be correct at 90 deg. Certainly all the 'new' data have this issue.
Considering this is a trial run anyhow no harm should be done.
