Hi,

This is to remind everybody that at the collaboration said they would
participate in doing the last carlibration effort for BRAHMS. (Or to
those of you that had a representative there...)

The following is the list of detector that needs calibration. The list
is ordered, and a name/group is placed after each detector. That
person/group is responsible for the calibration of that detector. Some
calibrations need other detectors to be calibrated. That is how the
ordering is done:

1) TPC's : Truls
1) DC : Pawel/Krakow group
1) RICH : Ramiro
1) SMax : JH
1) C4 :
2) BB : Catalin
2) CC : Dana
2) Inel : Flemming
3) Tiles : Steve
3) TOFW & TFW2 : Henrik/NBI group
3) H1 : Selemon (Steve made you voluteer, Selemon...sorry about that)
3) H2 : Your new Collegue, Selemon! (Forgot to write name at Collab.)

The only thing that is not taken care of here is C4. Looking at the
calibration web page, there were lots of calibration done for it last
year (no ADC done for the pp run though). I'm guessing Eun-Joo did this
last year. It is pedestals and ADC that need calibration.
Could somebody volunteer???

Every thing marked 1) does not depend on other calibrations. 2) depends
on 1) etc... (Correct me if I'm mistaken here somewhere)

It would be very nice if tracking detectors and the other marked in
group 1 were calibrated no later than 3 days after the run was taken.
The same goes for the other detectors, but where the counting starts on
the day the needed calibrations, at the "lower" level were commited.

Last, and very important. When you have commited calibrations for a
detector, send out and email to this list stating which run numbers are
calibrated. This should make it easy for the others to know when to
start on "their" detector.

So get yourself set up for this years calibration!

The scripts for doing the reductions seems already to be in place!

If I have forgotten anything, fill me in...

Cheers,
	Truls
