[Brahms-dev-l] spectrum challenge

As I mentioned during today analysis meeting I have looked at what a strong rapidity dependence does to our usual
max likelyhood summeing for spectra with moderate rapidity bins. You can find it demonstarted as the last slide on the
added presentation on the aganda page.This also shows some work one analysis the pp data at half field.
