[Brahms-dev-l] addition of new banapp class

Brahms,
  I have not worked in banapp, but I want to create a new class that will handle the flow reaction plane calculations.  The class will just take the reaction plane found in the dsts and apply corrections to them to give a more accurate measure of the reaction plane.  With that in mind, what would be the best place to put this class in banapp?
