Hi: Since the update of root, I've been having problems with excessive core dumps. As an example, I'm copying a simple attempt at starting a proof server and then closing the server. Are other users seeing similar problems? I know there is suppose to be a newer method for starting up a proof session, but I've not managed to get it to work. I also don't know if it has anything to do with the core dumps. Has anyone managed to run a proof session since the update without a core dump? ...steve ******************************************** * * * W E L C O M E to B R A T * * Version 2.34/05 * * * * All Classes preloaded * * Library, Header and Script paths set * * * ******************************************** brat [0] gROOT->Proof("rcas0048","proof_rcas0048.conf") Starting master: opening connection ...
