[Brahms-dev-l] brat,bdst,.. documentation

I have updated the brat documentation to the newest version; and at the same time added scripts and link to
bdst class and the banapp stuff. The two later classes are not terrible well described, due to lack of description in
the source code. If the authors of the classes could add proper class description (at top of .cxx code) this could be
really useful
