Hi again,

yet another test failed, and resolved. A crash in BdstReader...
Also added a test if we created/filled xfvspt and pvstheta in
AcceptanceMaps when writing out the histos.

About the Bdst. One cannot read back the TClonesArrays from the tree
using the bdst data objects streames. The reason for this, I believe is
that the data objects have none fundamental quantities in them (ie
BdstMrsTrack has both BdstMagnet and BdstTof as internal members). As
far as I've understood from the root documentation, this is not
supported in trees. Making the only way of reading back the data via
TTree::MakeClass().

I change of this, to make data objects read themselves from the tree
would require the Bdst modules to created the needed branches in the
tree, of maybe via folders... The BrTreeOuputModule could then not
longer be used...
