[Brahms-dev-l] condor_q filled by not running.

Hello, Catalin.  You have a lot of jobs in condor queue of rcas.  
However, most of them are not running.  Can you investigate your condor 
jobs since other people can not submit jobs otherwise?  People in 
general should check your queues (by condor_q or condor_status command) 
to check their status.
