Hello.  You need to use different cernlib.  Our cernlib is located at 
/opt/brahms/cern/pro directory.

./autogen --with-cern-libdir=/opt/brahms/cern/pro/lib 
--with-cern-bindir=/opt/brahms/cern/pro/bin
