From BrRunInfo, we need to change BrRunInfo to include global quality and their comments. And, change BrDbRun to get those values. I will look into it. Then, RUNDB must be pointed to brahms-db0.rcf.bnl.gov and not brahms-rundb0.brahms.bnl.gov (I thought this was set in our database???)
