[Brahms-dev-l] change in condor job description file.

Hello.  There will be change in the job description file for condor.  
Instead of "+Job_Queue=", you need to put "+Job_Type=crs" or 
"+Job_Type=cas"  If you use my condor_wrapper.rb to submit, the change 
is already made in the script.  (Nothing is changed from there user 
input.)  Also, I changed our reconstruction scripts.  You should update 
a local script when you submit next job.  The change is already in 
effect, and old format will stop working sometime in the next week.
