[Brahms-dev-l] brat and geometry db update imminent

Hello,
Some of you may know; others probably not, that a bug in the values of 
the geometry db have been identified.  They are small and depend on 
local values of phi and psi, but definitely present.  To fix this 
requires repopulating the angle values of the geometry db as well as 
changes to code in brat.

I am starting to implement these changes.  I will commit the changes to 
brat to the repository, then change the geometry db and then put a new 
copy of brat into opt.  Once I put the new values into the repository, 
you will need the latest brat to have correct global geometry values for 
every detector that has phi, psi non zero.  Please do not run with the 
old brat after that.

I will send messages whenever I complete a step so that you know what to 
do to have valid analysis.
