Hello.  Before you start reconstruction, make sure that somebody else 
did not make those runs.  If they exist already, make sure to delete 
them before you proceed (unless there is a good reason not to delete.)  
Also, how many runs do you want to reconstruct?  /brahms/data18 has 81GB 
space left, which might or might not be enough for the reconstruction.  
You can find the /brahms/data diskspace by  "perl 
~bramreco/scripts/DataFileUsage.perl"
