[Brahms-dev-l] For reconstruction: Please run them in rcrs machines instead of rcas

Hello.  Whoever running reconstruction, please run them in rcrs machines 
instead of rcas unless there are more ltr jobs to do.  Since we can only 
run PROOF in rcas machines,  it is very beneficial to run reco jobs in 
rcrs.  For example, rcrs is empty right now, whereas rcas is filling up 
running a lot of reco jobs as well as a few PROOF jobs.  If you don't 
know how to do it, just ask.
