Yes.  Of cause, there is a reason.  ltr files do not exits for those 
runs.  And, I have been reruning ltr/gtr/dst for a lot of runs for a 
last few weeks.  Therefore, you must check the date that files are 
created before you wast your time by running again.  And, the following 
is the status of AuAu run04 as far as I can see.

DC (T3-T5).  I have been finding several runs with bad calibrations (I 
am only looking at runs where FS is at 4 and 8 deg or MRS at 40 and 
90).  (I would not be supprised to find a few more.)  However, once the 
runs are identified, Pawel can fix this very quickly. 
H1.  There are some slats with a bad calibration for certain runs (offset)
TOF2:  There are some slats with a bad calibration for certain runs 
(offset)
Centrality:  might need a slight adjustment.

Why do you want to make new dst?  If you make files with new version,   
make sure to delete old files (ltr/gtr/dst) when you make new versions.
