Hiro,
I updated and complied brat last night. I just ran over run 10647 v1p1 for 10 events and I did not get a segmentation violation. I believe that this was one of the runs that was done last week. I found that bratmain would hang but not give a segmentation fault, so I ended up checkout out a new version of brat. It seems to work for me.
Erik

Hello. I noticed that ltr files (for run04) created after the recent
root/brat update can not be opened and produce core dump. I suggest to
stop making any new ltr files until it is solved.

Hiro
