[Brahms-dev-l] connection to the database

Hi,
    anyone can explain what's happening here?
   I used condor to submit some jobs, but I got the following database 
connection error:

Error in <TMySQLServer::TMySQLServer>: connection to database BrahmsGeom 
on brahms-db0.rcf.bnl.gov failed (error: Too many connections)
Error in <BrRdbmDb::Connect>: User query couldn't connect to database 
BrahmsGeom @ brahms-db0.rcf.bnl.gov
Error in <BrRdbmMainDb::ConnectToDb>: couldn't connect to database 
BrahmsGeom

It was said "Too many connections", but I can access the databases by 
MySQL. By the way, it was working before the shutdown of RCF yesterday.

 Anyone has clue about this error?
