[Brahms-dev-l] brag updates

Hi, Brag has been updated to include the CuCu geometry for the
mult array.  To use the new geometry it is necessary to un-comment
the appropriate lines in eg_flpr.F and eg_si.F.   New code has also
been added to eg_si.F and eg_prea.F to support a si*_0 switch.
