[Brahms-dev-l] efficiency calculator updated

Hi,
I updated the efficiency calculation package.
The new stuff is much easier in use because now it take all
the relevant information like run period, energy, colliding system, ltr 
files location, gtr offset files location ...
from the data base.
READ me file has been updated - including spell checking.
 
I also added new inline method in BrFileCatalogInfo.h, namely: 
GetVersionNo().
No new tag for brat.
