[Brahms-dev-l] database change in default values for Energy, RunPeriod and Specie

Hello.  I change the default values of Energy, RunPeriod and Specie in 
RUNDB.  Since our DAQ is not setup to write those values into database, 
it is necessary to place default values.  (Don't forget to change this 
when any of those values really change!!!  eg.  in a few month to "pp" 
)  Anyhow, without the right values, our reco program failes (or place 
your results in unexpected location).  (This is how I noticed the bug.)
