[Brahms-dev-l] crash and reco programs and scripts update

Hello.  I updated crash and reconstruction scripts to accommodate 
non-reconstruction jobs.  This means that now you can run your non-reco 
bratmain jobs with raw data stored on HPSS using official CRS software 
(without coping files manually to some disks).  For not raw data, I 
still need to add more features to our programs (And, I might do that 
some day when there is a need).  The instruction to use this feature 
will be given to you if you really need it (send me a request in email) 
since the most of you don't need this feature.  (This feature was added 
for DC calibration.)
