Hello. This is to warn anyone who runs jobs in rcas machines.  PLEASE 
use LSF or Condor when you are doing more than testing your script.  We 
don't want people's testing to go slow when there is actually only  one 
(or a few) person running 100 reco jobs in different machines as a 
console job. (the person must be very patient to logon to a few dozen 
machines.)  Since we now have a capability (a script) to suspend (or 
kill) those console jobs, when we see the abuse, we might kill (or 
suspend) your jobs regardless of how important your jobs are.  If you 
use LSF or Condor, you don't have to worry about it since those jobs 
just  nicely slow down for other jobs. :)  Ok, you are warned.  Don't 
cry if your programs are killed.
