[Brahms-dev-l] new root and brat

Hello,
I have put in the fixes Rene Brun came up with to make the BrFileTag 
reading work.  So I installed that version of root in the pro directory 
and installed brat-v2.22.5 which re-implements the reading fo the file 
tag. in the pro and new directory.  I also reinstalled crash.

Let me know if something doesn't work.

I investigated Hiro's problem with h2root.  It is not finding the 
cernlib properly, so the h2root Hiro was using was from an old root.  I 
will investigate this more when I am not so tired.
