[Brahms-dev-l] rmine machines update

Hello.  rmine machines will be updated tomorrow afternoon (2pm).  It 
will take about 30 minutes - 1hr.   All jobs submitted after 12:00 
(noon) will be suspended until the end of the upgrade.  Also, you will 
also lose access to your home directory during the upgrade.
