[Brahms-dev-l] Detector Params - in Brat

I agree there is some confusion here.

For a short term and fast solution I think it will be rather trivial and
FAST to implement inside the Parameter manager that it can pick a proper
default detector params file based on the run-number. Afterall there are
only 4 years of running and possible one variant for the pp run in run-2. I
will discuss this with Kris after he has had some sleep after the night
shift.
