Hi dev'ils

Since we are and will be dealing with space problems on our data disks,
the default behaviour of CRASH jsf writing and job submission have been
changed. The old behaviour was to move old files to <filename>.bak, while
the new CRASH simply gives a warning and overwrites the old file. The
rationale behind this is to save us the sometimes large space required by
runXXXXXXseqYYY.root.bak's.

You can still get the old behaviour back by passing a -b flag to
jsfbmwrite (which most of us access through the
masterSomethingReduction.sh scripts).

CRASH version has been bumped to 1.4.3 and, and the changes have been
installed on afs.
