Hello deviants, Back to brat coding, feels like being a PhD student ;D I introduced a new BB vertex. So far, there were 3: 1 -> small tubes 2 -> big tubes 3 -> fastest tubes Flemming introduced a small hack in order to use ALL tubes and stored the resulting vertex into the SMALL tube vertex object. I cleaned that up. I simply added a fourth vertex. It was very straightforward considering how clean the bb vertex code is written, hehe:) Now, the "best" bb vertex is the 4th one (all tubes), then small tubes, etc... The files affected are: M data/calib/BrVertexCalibration.h M modules/calib/vertex/BrBbVertexCalModule.cxx M modules/calib/vertex/BrBbVertexCalModule.h M modules/vertex/BrBbVertexModule.cxx M modules/vertex/BrBbVertexModule.h I haven't committed yet. I tested with the newest brat, and run 9930. Obviously, some time calibrations need to be done...but it's not that bad with the available cal (best sigma ~ 1cm, but dists are not gaussian). I will put my hands into it and provide some cool user friendly scripts, since we have new master students eargerly awaiting calibration tasks :) Tell me if you like the idea of this new vertex.
