Dear All
thanks for taking this initiative,
I am actually prepare to decree, if people agree that people in the
soft-group agrees,  have to take a positive action, i.e.  people MUST
declare that specific directories/files are usefull, an explain why, and if
not done within a certain time they will plainly be deleted, after which we
can maybe start a cleaner slate.
