[Brahms-dev-l] bdst update

Hi dev'ils

I've made a maintenance update of bdst - all data members are now
initialized to non-physical values. A lot of data members have had their
initializers changed from 0, -10 and the likes to -1111. I've also changed
some OK values to -1111 for consistency - this should not break your code
if you're practicing safe coding ;-)

* (almost) all data classes have been slightly modified
* affected classes have had version numbers bumped

Also, I've changed the data type of the event number on BdstGlobal from
UShort_t to Int_t, since now and again we do have runs with more than 65k
events... (Thanks to Hiro and FV for seeing this ;-)
