geometry values in DB

    Hello,
This is to inform interested users that the geometry data base has been 
updated for run-III.  There were two additions.
1. FS p+p
T3, T4, T5 values were updated for runs starting at 8600 with the new 
refined values from Roman that he extracted from run 8929.  T4 and T5 
did not move between the d+Au and p+p runs, but the fit involved all 
three and T4 and T5 required a "small" adjustment to achieve self 
consistency.  T3 was the only that is much different from the values for 
d+Au which have a start of validity of run 7200
2. MRS d+Au and p+p.
TPM1 and TPM2 values were updated using refined values.  The survey 
values have been in the DB for some time (since 8-Apr), but these are 
the fine tuned values.  The start of validity for these is run 7200.  If 
you are using BrDetectorVolumeModifyModule for tpm1 and tpm2, do not use 
it anymore as you will now adjust the settings away from the "true" ones.

Please let me know if you find any problems with the values input.
