FS combine track change committed to BRAT (version bumped to 2.11.4)

    Hello,
This is to let you know that I have introduced a new option in 
BrFfsTrackingModule (SetUseTrackBeamVtx) which allows to calculate the 
track angles from the track directly instead of using the BB vertex-D1 
entrance.  This change allows a rudimentary vertex to be calculated when 
the BB is not present (ie 85% of events in p+p)

The intention is to have the default behavior to be the same as before.  
I hope I succeeded.  If not please let me know.  I have only tested on 
p+p where the option on works and not the option off on Au+Au where you 
lucky guys always have a BB vertex.

The changes are committed to the repository and the brat version has 
been bumped to 2.11.4
