Hi dev'ils The crash package has developed a problem since upgrading to RH8, apparently related to the automake version. (I don't quite remember if this has been discussed before...?) When I use aclocal-1.4 and automake-1.4 everything is fine, but with the default 1.6 I get rcas0028(28) ~/crash>./autogen data/Makefile.am:72: CLEANFILES multiply defined in condition TRUE # # Extra files to clean # CLEANFILES (User, where = 72) = { TRUE => *~ core G__autoLinkDef.h *Cint.* } src/Makefile.am: DEFS must be set with `=' before using `+=' src/Makefile.am:6: DEFS was set with `+=' and is now set with `=' The easy solution is of course to just fix the automake version in autogen, but that's kind of a dirty hack. Anyone know a proper fix for the above problem? If not I'll check in a modified autogen so that it compiles. -- Bjorn H.
