This might be a dumb thing to ask, but I got that when they moved to LSF 
5.1 before I realized I had to change environment variables.  Is this 
perhaps the first time you do this since the upgrade?
I am at home, so I cannot lookup what has to be changed.  I submitted 
some jobs this morning without obvious problems.
